Children enjoy a splashing water ballet
A new system and control box with C.A.R.S was installed on the instructions of the municipality of Smallingerland. This has given the public square back its familiar feature where children can enjoy a splashing water ballet.
The fountains in front of De Lawei in Drachten are working again! A new system and control box with C.A.R.S was installed on the instructions of the municipality of Smallingerland. This has given the public square back its familiar look with spouting fountains.
The fountains react to the volume of traffic: the more cars, the higher the jets of water. The system is set up in such a way that the fountains spout water that is bacteria-free, so that children can play safely in and around the water and no algae-formation occurs on the paving.
The C.A.R.S system developed by YP Your Partner immediately sends out an alarm the minute the fountains develop a fault. The information and control system also records all the processes that go into and come out of the fountains. This provides the system technicians a complete picture of the performance of the fountains and can respond with adjustments straight away. Visitors to De Lawei and passers-by are therefore assured of a sparkling view!
